He began his journey in Accountancy — working in Fashion, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing — before transitioning into the technology sector through a Finance role at an IT systems house, eventually moving into global software companies.

Returning to New Zealand, David founded and led three software companies, sharpening his instincts in marketing, operations and innovation. His step into real estate brings together a rare blend of technology, business management and customer-focused thinking.
